If your scheduled appointment is not cancelled 12 hours before you scheduled appointment time, a 50% service charge will automatically be deducted from your account. You will receive a reminder of your scheduled appointment via text and e-mail 12 hours before appointment time.

When rescheduling appointments, all appointments will be rescheduled at clients convenience online through the square appointment app.
